By downloading or using any Dao Rituals app (including Dao Sleep and future titles) or linking here from a legacy app such as Dao Chant, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Apps are
The Apps provide cultural self-care education inspired by traditional ideas (for example evening routines, finger-pressure education, kitchen-culture tips, or short quiet practice). They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
2. Not medical advice
Content is for general wellness education. Always seek qualified clinical care for health concerns. If you experience emergency symptoms, contact local emergency services.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the Apps only in ways that are safe for you.
- Do not rely on the Apps as a substitute for professional care.
- Follow Apple’s App Store rules and applicable law.
4. Purchases
Prices, taxes, refunds, and subscriptions are governed by your agreement with Apple. Individual Apps may be paid download, free, or include optional In-App Purchases / subscriptions; each App Store listing states its model. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
5. Intellectual property
App names, logos, text, and media are owned by Dao Rituals / the developer unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute app content for commercial use without permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps or reliance on educational content.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Dao Rituals family grows. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
